A restored seventeenth-century masseria spread across eleven hectares of olive grove. Eight en-suite trulli surround a central farmhouse where the kitchen operates from six in the morning until the last guest retires. The estate produces its own oil. The pasta is made by hand.

Six kilometres of private coastal road separate Domaine Esterel from the nearest town. The property sits on its own peninsula — three hectares, two private beaches, a boathouse, and a staff of fourteen who have worked the estate for a combined forty years. It books once a year.
